He is only 13, but baking enthusiast Jonah Calkin already has his sights on being a professional pâtissier. Here he bakes a special cake to celebrate Prince George's Christening on Wednesday - reports The Telegraph.
Jonah Calkin, 13, has been baking since he was three years old.
He started by helping his father rub the butter and flour together for a crumble topping, but he can now tackle difficult recipes such as choux pastry radishes as seen on the Great British Bake Off.
His ambition is to be a pastry chef at "somewhere like the Dorchester Hotel in London", or to open his own cafe or restaurant.
To show off his skills, the Telegraph asked Jonah to make a Christening themed cake ahead of Prince George's baptism at St James's Palace on Wednesday.
He chose to make a lemon, lime and poppyseed loaf with lemon buttercream and decorated it with chocolate icing.
