Three children were pulled out of a sinking car caught in flood water just moments before it went under.
Scott Swinford was driving underneath a railway bridge in Hockley when his car was caught by fast-flowing flood water.
Local residents Hannah King and Emma Burles saw their car was starting to sink and jumped into the flood water to save them.
They managed to pull all of them to safety just twenty seconds before the entire car was submerged by water.
